Dr Ashar is very knowledgeable and also holds you accountable with your weight goal . I visited Dr. Ashar on 10/6. She made me feel so comfortable with her knowledge and welcoming presence. It felt like I was talking with a friend. I received the semaglutide shot and she made sure I was 100% informed before getting the shot after. She also went over numbers with me to include my weight, BMI, and fat to muscle percentage which was great to know and extremely motivating.
