Dr. Ashar's Healthcare Journey
Dr. Ashar’s healthcare journey began in the heart of Boston, at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she attained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with honors.
She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with honors at South University, Savannah GA.
Driven by her passion to improve healthcare in the United States, Dr Ashar went on to pursue her Doctoral Program for her DNP in nursing practice and leadership at Georgia State University, which she also completed with honors.
Her dedication to the field of healthcare and her pursuit of excellence in education have earned her numerous accolades and awards, and she continues to inspire future generations of healthcare professionals with her wisdom and insight.

I visited Dr. Ashar on 10/6. She made me feel so comfortable with her knowledge and welcoming presence. It felt like I was talking with a friend. I received the semaglutide shot and she made sure I was 100% informed before getting the shot after. She also went over numbers with me to include my weight, BMI, and fat to muscle percentage which was great to know and extremely motivating.
