Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your aesthetics wellness appointment.

If you fail to provide us with 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients. In this case, our cancellation policy will apply.
